Soft Damage, Fault Line or Blind Spot

I think this work comes from a very personal place, even if it is not directly autobiographical. When I look at these images, I see abandonment, grief, indifference, absence, and also the impossibility of care. I am interested in that fragile space where something or someone should protect, hold, or respond - but does not fully do it. The small figures started to feel like a way of talking about vulnerability, and the hands, containers, and distances became different forms of unstable care.
