No quiero que se acabe is a photographic project about attachment and the desire to keep close what matters most. Bringing together images of people, places, objects, and brief moments from my archive, the work reflects on emotional value, memory, and the quiet intensity of what we cherish.

Some of these presences may seem ordinary or easily overlooked, yet they carry a deep personal weight. Rather than focusing on material value, the project considers the ways certain things sustain us, accompany us, and become difficult to let go of once they have touched the soul.

Presented as a box containing a folded continuous sequence of images, the work takes on the form of a keepsake: something intimate, carefully kept, and meant to be revisited. The unfolding structure echoes the project’s central impulse - a desire to preserve what nourishes us, and to hold on a little longer even while knowing that everything eventually comes to an end.
